As for the master key system, EOS Secure offers two kinds of services. First, our customers place orders for KD (Key different) or KA (Key alike) cylinders together with some pins, springs, and other parts. Then their local locksmiths assemble the master key system by themselves. Another service is that we assemble the master key system based on customers’ system charts in our factory. Through strict quality control and separate professional packing with detailed labels, EOS Secure finally offers the most comfortable solutions.

Customized Lock Cylinder Drawing
Once the lock cylinder idea design has been created, the drawings will be issued to define measurable dimensions of the cylinder while observing the manufacturing craft limits. We need to validate the technical specification prior to production at this stage.
At the same time, we will send to our customers to double-check the drawings and functions. Our production team will start to check the feasibility of producing samples.

Making Customized Lock Cylinder Samples/Prototypes
When the drawings are confirmed, we will move to the sampling stage. Depending on the customization scale, our sample production team will start to produce corresponding parts and prototypes, and some molds and toolings may be made simultaneously. Finally, our R&D team engineer will assemble all the pieces as a sample at the assembly line and make a detailed sample report to our customer.

Customized Lock Cylinder Mass Production and Quality Control
Once the customers approve the samples/prototypes, the mass production manufacturing process begins. Based on the drawings, our Quality Control team will design and produce tools to check the precision of all the parts of the new customized lock cylinder. Through the cooperation between the production manufacturing team and quality control team, the first few samples from mass production are finished. These samples will be sent to do cycle-tests, anti-drilling tests and to make sure the new customized lock cylinder passes the quality standard.
