Can I order some samples?
Yes, we will charge the samples a bulk order cost to help you get the samples at the lowest cost. You just need to tell us your freight collect account like FedEx, DHL, TNT. If you don’t have any accounts, it needs to charge Express fee properly. The sample fees can be refunded when you place the bulk order.
What is the MOQ?
Current models with EOS brand, MOQ is 100-500 pcs.
Customized models, MOQ is 500-3000 pcs.

Can you make master key system?
Yes, EOS Secure is specialized in producing master key system cylinders.
Can you make security features on the lock cylinders?
Yes, EOS secure is very familiar with the lock cylinders related testing standards, like EN1303 and ANSI grade. We can put anti-drilling, anti-bumping, anti-picking, and anti-breaking features in the lock cylinders. EOS secure can customize more functions as per your requirements.
Can we have own new restricted keyway lock cylinders?
Yes, EOS Secure offers designing service and builds new broaching toolings for new restricted keyway.
Can we have new patents on the lock cylinders or develop new models for us?
Yes, If you plan to start a new project and order large quantities, it may be worth investing in a unique lock cylinder design. We will sign the confidential cooperation agreement with you to protect your profit. We have the state of the art machines, strict quality control, and a professional manufacturing process, advise on appropriate design options and ensure the technical feasibility of the project.

What is your lead time for production?
Generally, it is 35-45 days for regular orders, and it is 5-10 days longer if the goods are produced for the first time.
How do you deal with quality problem or defective products after sending the goods?
Before sending the goods, EOS secure comply with strict quality control. After sending the goods, except for man-made damages, if there are any defects, EOS secure offers solutions, including accessories supply or product replacement.
What is the after-sales service you offer?
EOS Secure offers after-sales services like production follow-up, offering promotion materials, complaints follow-up and logistics follow-up.

What is your terms of payment?
Payment term is 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

- For small trial order, by air or by express.
- For bulk order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement. Or you arrange to pick up the goods from our factory.
